Learn To Dance: Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Salsa, & Argentine Tango. More than just learning steps, our classes will teach you proper posture, technique, and lead/follow skills so you can comfortably and confidently dance anywhere while looking and feeling great!
Belly Dance: learn this beautiful Middle Eastern dance form in a comfortable and supportive setting. Ladies of all shapes and sizes will enjoy dancing for fun and fitness.
Line Dance: Enjoy dancing and build friendships when you join our diverse group of all ages and backgrounds. In this class you’ll learn current and classic soul/urban line dances while getting fit and having fun!
Tai Chi: Improve your body and mind with moving meditation. This class uses non-strenuous, soft-flowing movements to increase your coordination, balance, and muscle tone. Experience the total mind-body harmony and relaxation that comes with regular practice.
