Let’s talk about Smooth Footwork! 💡👣

Smooth dances (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz) travel around the ballroom. Thus the footwork is based on walking – rolling from the heel to the toe on forward steps and from the toe to heel on backward steps. This allows you to take larger steps to progress around the room.
