In the 1800s, large numbers of men moved to Buenos Aires to work building the port. With men vastly outnumbering women, the workers danced with each other to practice and develop the Argentine Tango. And then in the evenings, the men would take their Tango moves to the neighborhood nightclubs and bordellos. A captivating glimpse into Tango’s tantalizing past 🕺🕺🌟
