Yoga Warm Flow

Come relax your mind and body in a slightly heated room. We warm the room to allow you to receive a great workout while improving your flexibility and strength.

Please bring a yoga mat and towel for your practice. (A limited number of mats are available at our studio if you need one πŸ™‚

Enjoy Yoga class with Charity Holland, she has been practicing yoga for over 3 decades and has been a certified instructor with Yoga Alliance for over 15 years. She received her instructional and integral training through Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston. Over the years she has been inspired by many Yoga instructors including: Saul David Raye of Atma Yoga in CA, DTF from Laughing Lotus NYC and Kim Nichols Chech of Yoga Chandra in Beaufort, SC. Charity teach a variety of styles, strong, soothing, powerful, and she adopts her methods to align with her students. Β

New students are invited to start with our Warm Yoga Flow with Charity Holland.

For our current students:
If you take one class per week, we recommend a 5 class pass.
If you take two or more classes per week, we recommend a 10 class pass.
