We teach urban Line Dancing (think Cupid Shuffle and Cha Cha Slide). Our class playlists features soul and R&B hits.

We don't offer Country Western Line Dance at this time. 

We recommend signing up for Line Dance at least 24 hours in advance. This is to ensure that your class isn't canceled due to low enrollment and so you'll automatically be notified of any schedule changes or class cancellations.

If you’re unable to enroll in advance, yes - you can still come to class :-) Just be sure to check our schedule online to ensure there aren’t any last-minute class cancellations.

If you’re a new student and haven’t enrolled online, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your registration at the front desk.

Yes, you can drop-in to our Line Dance class or you can purchase a discounted class pass. We offer 5 Class Passes that are valid for 3 months.

If you attend class most weeks it makes sense to buy a 5 class pass as you save $10. The class passes are valid for 3 months, so you don't have to attend class every week to save money and enjoy the convenience of a class pass.

If you only attend class on occasion or prefer to pay-as-you-go, a drop-in is a great option.

If you're new to our Line Dance class please start with a drop-in so you can try our class and see if it's right for you.

You're welcome to come as you are, and many of our students arrive from straight from work and wear their normal clothing. Since you'll be moving most of the class - dress lightly and be prepared to sweat. You may wear fitness attire if you like.

Wear comfortable, supportive shoes such as a tennis shoe or running shoe. Anything besides flip-flops will work as long as you feel comfortable and can dance for an hour. Shoes that lace up or have an ankle strap will stay in place better while dancing. We don't recommend high heels.

At Revolution Ballroom we teach the most popular styles of partner dance including:

• Rhythm Dances:  Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo, East Coast Swing, Bolero
• Club, Latin, and Social Dances:  Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing

We also offer Belly Dance and Line Dance.

Note that our studio teaches American style Smooth & Rhythm.

Look up - our studio is on the second floor :-) Revolution Ballroom is located on Boundary Street in the Beaufort Town Center. Our studio is behind Outback Steakhouse in the brown brick two-story building on the right side of the plaza. Revolution Ballroom is on the second floor above Michael’s Salon. There is plenty of free parking, and you may access the studio by stairs or elevator.

We don’t offer refunds for gift certificates or for packages after first use. For example, if you buy a 5 class pass, but only attend 2 classes, you won’t receive a partial refund or be able to transfer unused classes to another person. We also don't offer refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, class, or party.

Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to unwanted sexual advances or language; intoxication, discrimination based on race, creed, sexual orientation, or gender; or intentional physical or emotional harm will result in you being asked to leave the premises immediately and forfeiting the remainder of your class or services.

The best way to see if our classes are right for you is to sign up so you can experience them fully. We don’t allow people to watch our group classes as it can make new students feel uncomfortable.
