Charity Holland has been practicing yoga for over 3 decades and has been a certified instructor with Yoga Alliance for over 15 years. She received her instructional and integral training through Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston. Over the years she has been inspired by many Yoga instructors including:Β Saul David Raye of Atma Yoga in CA, DTF from Laughing Lotus NYC and Kim Nichols Chech of Yoga Chandra in Beaufort, SC. Charity teaches a variety of styles, strong, soothing, powerful, and she adopts her methods to align with her students.
