It’s your big day. You’ve found the love of your life! You’ve spent hours, weeks, months, possibly years to plan the perfect event to show the world how much you care for each other.
You’ve got the dress. The shoes. The venue. The flowers. The guests.
You’ve got the perfect song picked out for your wedding first dance. The song that means something to you and your fiancé. The song that reminds you why you fell in love.
But no steps to go with it.
You don’t want to just sway back and forth for four minutes like you’re at a middle school dance.
You don’t want to do the usual wedding first dance…you want something that showcases your love and excitement. You want an intimate moment on dance floor with your favorite dance partner. Get up close and personal with the love of your life.
But you don’t want to spend months of practice, hours of lessons, and thousands of dollars to learn a fussy dance that doesn’t really match your style.
Here’s where we come in.
We’ll create choreography for your wedding first dance that is simple, elegant, and easy-to-learn. It’ll be tailored to your experience, your style, and will match the sentiments of your song.
Never set foot on a dance floor before? No problem!
We’ve helped hundreds of first-time dancers feel comfortable on the dance floor.
We’ve got the treatment for two left feet, the remedy for no rhythm, the cure for no coordination.
This process is fun. The time you’ll spend learning to dance is an opportunity before the big day to bond with your fiancé…To step outside of the stress of wedding planning, to get out of the house, out of the office, and just be together. We’ll focus on your first dance so you can concentrate on what matters…building a new life with your soulmate.
Working with us is for you if:
-You want a memorable wedding first dance with minimal stress.
-You’re willing to commit to at least three sessions in the studio to learn choreography.
-You’ll make time to practice, or at least review videos of your choreography, in between lessons.
How It Works:
Schedule an initial session online or call 843-338-2870 to schedule by phone. We offer a 50-minute consultation lesson for $65 where you will meet with an instructor, discuss your song, goals, and wedding details. You’ll also learn some dance steps so that your instructor can assess your level, make suggestions for number of lessons, and create choreography tailored to your abilities. From there, you can decide the best package for you. Read below for more info on pricing and scheduling.

When should we begin lessons to prepare for our wedding?
How many lessons do we need to prepare for our wedding dance?
“We got so many compliments on our wedding waltz last week! The Commander of the American Legion happened to be at our wedding, and he taught for Arthur Murray about 4 decades ago. He wouldn’t stop saying how great we looked and that we must have had a good teacher. Indeed we did! Thank you so much for your help in getting us ready.”
